Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize qualified lead generation
Manage keyword strategy and ad copy/content creation with partners
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve CPL and lead quality
Generate reports and insights for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
Monitor and optimize landing pages (A/B testing, CRO, SEO best practices) to enhance lead capture and funnel efficiency
Leverage SEO insights to build long-term traffic growth while maximizing performance of paid acquisition
Contribute directly to the growth of Klar’s B2B business through paid media, SEO, and funnel optimization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work with data, analyze results, and present actionable insights
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fintech or B2B environments
Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of SEO, SEM
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.), and A/B testing frameworks
Experience with SQL is desirable
Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on, with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
