About the role

  • Associate Manager leading U.S. brand partnerships at Omnipod. Focus on creative strategic collaborations to elevate the brand within the diabetes community and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all existing U.S. brand partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring strong, mutually beneficial relationships
  • Identify and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with Omnipod’s mission
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring consistent, proactive communication
  • Oversee creative development of partnership deliverables, including messaging and assets
  • Define key performance metrics for each partnership, track results, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify synergies and integrate partnership initiatives
  • Stay ahead of cultural, industry, and community trends to inform partnership strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or related roles
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to think outside the box and bring ideas to life
  • Strong project planning and management skills
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
