Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the marketing management
Create professional presentations
Independently prepare for and follow up on meetings
Serve as a central point of contact within marketing, consolidating information
Operational management of national and international events, including travel planning
Post-event follow-up and evaluation of event success
Further develop digital knowledge management by administering collaboration tools
Plan internal projects such as anniversaries and team events
Requirements
Some experience in event organization, project assistance, or team coordination
Excellent organizational skills, high reliability, and a hands-on mentality
Confident user of digital tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is an advantage
Interest in brand-related topics as well as internal processes and workflows
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
