About the role

  • Marketing Assistant supporting the Marketing management at RIEDEL Communications in Wuppertal. Focusing on operational tasks, event management, and internal project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the marketing management
  • Create professional presentations
  • Independently prepare for and follow up on meetings
  • Serve as a central point of contact within marketing, consolidating information
  • Operational management of national and international events, including travel planning
  • Post-event follow-up and evaluation of event success
  • Further develop digital knowledge management by administering collaboration tools
  • Plan internal projects such as anniversaries and team events

Requirements

  • Some experience in event organization, project assistance, or team coordination
  • Excellent organizational skills, high reliability, and a hands-on mentality
  • Confident user of digital tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is an advantage
  • Interest in brand-related topics as well as internal processes and workflows
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
