Responsibilities
You take full responsibility for all marketing activities — from strategy to execution.
You develop and manage performance-driven campaigns across social media, paid ads, SEO/SEA and events.
You create content (text, image, video) that excites — clear, emotional, authentic.
You work closely with our creative, medical and leadership teams to communicate complex topics in an accessible and inspiring way.
You build the marketing funnel and continuously optimize it — from lead generation to conversion.
You plan and organize Dentheon’s public presence: events, partnerships, information evenings and patient experience initiatives.
You leverage AI tools and modern marketing technologies (Meta, Google, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe, etc.) to scale content and campaigns efficiently.
You report directly to the Head of Marketing of the Dr. Schlotmann Group and collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple locations.
Requirements
A completed degree and experience in digital or strategic marketing — ideally in a growth-oriented environment.
Proven experience in social media, performance marketing and content production.
A good eye for design and storytelling — you make topics tangible and compelling.
A structured, independent working style — you plan, test, learn and optimize.
Experience with SEO/SEA, Meta Ads, Google Ads and marketing analytics tools.
Confident use of AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Adobe Express).
