About the role

  • Associate Lead managing Revenue Growth Management strategies for Dog Snacks brands at Smucker. Collaborating with teams to drive industry-leading growth through innovative pricing and promotion strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape and implement annual Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plans designed to maximize potential of Dog Snacks brands
  • Drive industry-leading growth by focusing on innovative strategies in pricing, promotion, and product assortment
  • Collaborate on customer-specific programs and build strong cross-functional partnerships across teams
  • Lead the execution of the RGM growth plans while working closely with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Develop RGM scenario analysis models that clarify financial impacts
  • Support the creation of RGM strategy for sustainable growth over a 3-5-year horizon
  • Model and execute Pricing Actions, Price Pack Architecture, and other RGM related activities
  • Identify business synergies aligning with various cross functional teams
  • Lead cross functional workshops to share hypotheses and opportunities
  • Develop advanced analytical tools and cross functional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with RGM teams to support development of new capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of relevant CPG experience
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Power Point, Spotfire, and Circana/Nielsen
  • Execution minded, energetic self-starter with ability to collaborate strategically
  • Experience with complex excel financial models
  • Creative problem-solving skills and flexible critical thinking capability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels across the organization and challenging status quo
  • Capability to lead strategic reviews and gain cross-functional team input and alignment
  • Ability to leverage analytical and collaborative skills to drive organizational growth, implement effective changes, and clearly communicate value to all stakeholders
  • Ability to fully understand and communicate how the consumer, shopper, customer, and JMS all benefit from our work
  • Eager to learn and master new concepts
