Responsibilities
User Acquisition & Campaign Management: You manage and scale our performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and web-to-app campaigns — across multiple markets and languages.
Budget Allocation: You allocate ad budgets across channels, audiences, and markets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Optimization & Scaling: You improve existing channels, test new ones, and ensure our growth remains profitable.
Data Analysis & Insights: You analyze campaign data to derive actionable recommendations, develop hypotheses around creative performance, and work closely with the creative team to continuously improve our ads.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: You run ongoing tests across channels and creatives to drive long-term performance improvements.
Funnel Optimization & Strategy: You help optimize our user journey — from App Store Optimization to landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in User Acquisition Management or Performance Marketing: Proven track record managing campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok, etc. (experience in the mobile industry is a plus).
Strong analytical skills & attribution knowledge: Comfortable working with datasets and familiar with attribution frameworks like SKAN or platform-specific models.
Self-driven & KPI-oriented: You take full ownership of KPI optimization, love A/B testing, and stay curious about industry trends.
Team-player mentality: You communicate proactively and collaboratively and believe that shared successes and failures are key to team success.
German & English at a minimum C1 level.
