Responsibilities
Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process
Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues
Assist with marketing clients to carriers
Prepare quotes and proposals
Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)
Maintain accurate and organized account files
Requirements
High School / GED
1-2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain within first 6 months
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
