About the role

  • Junior Account Manager supporting the sales team at Damovo in Germany. Identifying business opportunities and managing client relationships in the IT communication sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support experienced Account Managers in selling the Damovo portfolio.
  • Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Assist with proposal management and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Completed education in business, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in sales – a true hunter mentality.
  • Initial experience in sales or in an IT environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
  • Confident command of German and English, both spoken and written.
