About the role

  • Account Manager for Modern Workplace focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure with customer strategy development and team collaboration. Responsible for driving IT solution sales and client workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for existing and new customers in the areas of Collaboration, Modern Workplace and cloud solutions
  • Independently develop customer strategies
  • Conduct customer workshops and presentations
  • Work closely with consultants and project teams
  • Monitor market and technology trends

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT sales
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly Teams, SharePoint and the Power Platform, and ideally also Azure
  • Very good written and spoken German (C1/C2)
  • Willingness to travel for customer projects
