About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for the entire Sales Cycle in IT solutions. Building relationships with top German companies in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers and actively develop new customer relationships within the upper mid-market and among the top 500 companies.
  • Responsible for the entire sales process from preparing proposals to successfully closing deals.
  • Strategically develop the business area within the team and actively contribute to growth.
  • Collaborate across all business units on complex business communications and related infrastructure domains.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics.
  • Initial sales experience at a systems integrator (system house) or with an IT product manufacturer.
  • Product and contract knowledge, as well as sales certifications from leading vendors, are a plus.
  • Confident user of the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent German and good written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a confident demeanor.
