Requirements
Education: Master baker (Bäckermeister), food technician, or process/sales engineer
Product knowledge: Solid experience from the user perspective
Experience in project planning and implementation
Understanding of commercial/business processes
Customer orientation: a good listener with strategic awareness
Empathetic and emotionally accessible
Technically knowledgeable and persuasive in dialogue
