Responsibilities

You regularly visit customers on site and maintain close, long-term relationships.

You act as the interface between sales, engineering, project management and installation teams — always focused on customer satisfaction and quality.
Requirements
Education: Master baker (Bäckermeister), food technician, or process/sales engineer
Product knowledge: Solid experience from the user perspective
Experience in project planning and implementation
Understanding of commercial/business processes
Customer orientation: a good listener with strategic awareness
Empathetic and emotionally accessible
Technically knowledgeable and persuasive in dialogue
Service-minded: problem solver with a hands-on mentality
