About the role

Responsibilities

  • You develop market-specific sales strategies and implement them actively.
  • You regularly visit customers on site and maintain close, long-term relationships.
  • You coordinate the sales process in collaboration with internal teams and support projects through to successful installation.
  • You act as the interface between sales, engineering, project management and installation teams — always focused on customer satisfaction and quality.

Requirements

  • Education: Master baker (Bäckermeister), food technician, or process/sales engineer
  • Product knowledge: Solid experience from the user perspective
  • Experience in project planning and implementation
  • Understanding of commercial/business processes
  • Customer orientation: a good listener with strategic awareness
  • Empathetic and emotionally accessible
  • Technically knowledgeable and persuasive in dialogue
  • Service-minded: problem solver with a hands-on mentality
  • Reliable helper who provides sustainable support
  • Trusted point of contact (and ideally a friendly partner)
