You act as the interface between sales, technical, project management and installation teams — always focused on customer satisfaction and quality.
Requirements
Your qualifications: Master baker or refrigeration technician, food technologist or process/sales engineer
Product knowledge: Solid experience from the user/application perspective
Knowledge of project planning and implementation
Understanding of commercial/business processes
Client approach: A good listener with strategic insight
Empathetic and approachable
Deep technical expertise, persuasive in dialogue
Service mindset: Problem-solver with a hands-on mentality
