About the role

  • Learn account and media responsibilities with primary focus on paid social
  • Help understand consumer intent and identify the best approach to capturing it for clients
  • Develop best practices for campaign set-up, management, and reporting
  • Conduct campaign setup, management, optimizations, and QA
  • Pull and ensure accuracy of reporting; monitor campaign pacing toward goals
  • Support campaign budget management and provide updates for deliverables
  • Review social trends and craft insights for clients; identify growth opportunities and top-performing ad copy to inform creative
  • Collaborate with team members and support West Coast clients working hybrid in-office from Playa Vista

Requirements

  • Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities for new and existing campaigns
  • Identify top-performing ad copy to inform new creative
  • Review social trends and craft insights for clients
  • Ensure reporting is pulled accurately
  • Monitor campaign pacing toward goals
  • Provide support in campaign budget management and optimizations
  • Provide updates for deliverables & re-prioritize tasks as needed
  • QA implementation for new campaigns, as well as ad copy rotations
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to the Supervisor
  • Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 certification is a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Innate curiosity, attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
