Responsibilities
Análise e tratativa de incidentes de média e alta complexidade, envolvendo troubleshooting em BD SQL, interagindo com Logs e processos de operações;
Efetuar acompanhamento do atendimento ao cliente, desde a identificação de eventos inesperados até resolução das solicitações e incidentes;
Conduzir, nortear e compartilhar com o time troubleshooting a análise de causa raiz de problemas e incidentes;
Assumir o papel de protagonismo na sustentação de clientes, interagindo com departamentos técnicos e visando o rápido diagnóstico e solução.
Requirements
Graduação Completa ou no último semestre em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas da Informação, Ciências da Computação, ou áreas correlatas;
Sólido conhecimento em KPIs e OKRs e sua metodologia;
Conhecimento em Excel e Power point, para análise de dados e produção de reports;
Familiaridade com os princípios e metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
Experiência anterior em Análise de Logs, de sistemas e SQL;
Experiência em troubleshooting de API.
