Responsibilities
Aplicação de acordos coletivos em grande volume, garantir a conferencia das aplicações de acordo em folha de pagamento;
Garantir a conformidade com as leis trabalhistas e fiscais vigentes;
Aplicação de Movimentações internas (grande volume);
Garantir as conferes do processamento de movimentações mensais (cargo, salário, Centro de custo);
Apoiar nas questões e dúvidas de clientes relacionadas à folha de pagamento;
Apoiar nas dúvidas de auditoria interna e externa;
Manter-se atualizado sobre as legislações trabalhistas e fiscais.
Requirements
Conhecimento e vivência em subsistemas de departamento pessoal (folha de pagamento, movimentações, Gestão de estrutura, adiantamento, pensão, admissão, ponto eletrônico, férias, afastamento, abonos, rescisões, acordo coletivo etc.)
Conhecimento da Legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;
Preferencialmente conhecimento Sistema ERP SAP;
Excel Intermediário;
Formação em Administração, RH, Ciência Contábeis ou áreas afins.
