Agent Relations Representative supporting ACA healthcare program by assisting independent insurance agents. Providing onboarding, support, and guidance on ACA compliance and enrollment tools.
Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for licensed insurance agents and agency partners
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to new and existing agents
Answer agent questions via phone, email, and chat – and solve problems with a positive attitude
Stay informed on ACA plan updates, compliance, and regulations
Troubleshoot technical issues related to enrollment platforms or quoting tools
Track agent performance and help drive engagement and results
Work with internal departments like Compliance, IT, and Marketing to support program improvements
Keep detailed notes in our CRM on all agent interactions
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in health insurance, agent support, or customer service ( ACA experience a big plus! )
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping people!
Organized, tech-savvy, and able to learn new systems quickly
Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online platforms
Able to handle fast-paced days, multitask, and stay cool under pressure
Problem-solver with great written and verbal communication skills
