About the role

  • Be the main point of contact for licensed insurance agents and agency partners
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to new and existing agents
  • Answer agent questions via phone, email, and chat – and solve problems with a positive attitude
  • Stay informed on ACA plan updates, compliance, and regulations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to enrollment platforms or quoting tools
  • Track agent performance and help drive engagement and results
  • Work with internal departments like Compliance, IT, and Marketing to support program improvements
  • Keep detailed notes in our CRM on all agent interactions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in health insurance, agent support, or customer service ( ACA experience a big plus! )
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping people!
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online platforms
  • Able to handle fast-paced days, multitask, and stay cool under pressure
  • Problem-solver with great written and verbal communication skills
