About the role

  • Account Coordinator providing internal support for Field Sales and coordinating LifeVest deliveries. Focused on quality customer service and time management in a hybrid role based in Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal support for Field Sales with delivery of the LifeVest
  • Responsible for meeting all agreed upon service metrics
  • Coordinate patient appointments with PSR contractors
  • Manage the selection of PSR contractors based on availability
  • Provide quality and timely customer support for product installations
  • Assist in obtaining appropriate documentation and patient records

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required
  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
