Microbulk Account Representative managing approximately 300 accounts and driving sales initiatives. Working collaboratively with sales teams to achieve business targets in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities
Managing a Microbulk portfolio of approximately 300 accounts and $10.5M in annual revenue
Renewing existing Microbulk merchant contracts
Driving price and surcharge initiatives
Building customer relationships
Improving contract terms and conditions
Signing new business for the South sub-region
Meeting established business targets in an exciting, competitive environment
Working closely with IG Microbulk Field Sales Representatives to jointly drive the continued success of the Inside/Outside selling model
Requirements
BS degree preferred
Self-starter with strong desire to succeed in a complex internal and external environment
Ability to work as part of a larger selling team
Financial acumen
Commercial industrial gas selling experience a plus
Knowledge and understanding of industrial gas contract language and negotiations
Understanding of Microbulk business, offerings and equipment is helpful
Responsive and detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
Strong negotiating skills
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and your own vehicle
Limited travel required: 1-2 trips per year to South Region (US customer) base and 1-2 trips per year for Sales Meetings
Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours to align with customer base
