About the role

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of 30 to 85 active clients, driving a minimum of £800,000 in revenue.
  • Secure new business wins and expand revenues from existing clients through strategic relationship management.
  • Develop multi-period revenue opportunities by cross-selling Future's diverse range of media products, including digital, print, creative solutions, events, and awards sponsorships.
  • Develop relationships with senior contacts at large and strategically important clients and advertising agencies.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify account potential and pursue new business.
  • Mentor Account Managers and Sales Executives to support their development and success.

Requirements

  • Track record in sales, with the ability to secure high-value deals and exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience with digital, print, creative solutions, and event sponsorship sales.
  • Experience creating compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • Pipeline planning and territory management.
  • Excellent influencing, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant market experience in the gaming or media sector is desirable.
