About the role
- Monetization Manager at Tripledot managing ad monetization across multiple games. Collaborating with teams to enhance revenue and player experience through analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze ad monetization performance metrics (e.g., ARPDAU, eCPM, IMPU, fill rate, retention impact).
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad placements, formats, and bid floors.
- Provide actionable insights to improve revenue while maintaining a strong user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, User Acquisition, and Ad Operations teams to balance monetization and engagement goals.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor performance.
- Monitor industry trends, identify new opportunities, and benchmark against competitors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in advertising monetization (preferably in mobile games or apps).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.
- Hands-on experience with ad networks, mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, ironSource, etc.), and programmatic bidding.
- Solid understanding of key ad monetization KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to work with large datasets, conduct cohort analysis, and interpret results effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
