Responsibilities
Analyze ad monetization performance metrics (e.g., ARPDAU, eCPM, IMPU, fill rate, retention impact).
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad placements, formats, and bid floors.
Provide actionable insights to improve revenue while maintaining a strong user experience.
Collaborate with Product Managers, User Acquisition, and Ad Operations teams to balance monetization and engagement goals.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor performance.
Monitor industry trends, identify new opportunities, and benchmark against competitors.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in advertising monetization (preferably in mobile games or apps).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.
Hands-on experience with ad networks, mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, ironSource, etc.), and programmatic bidding.
Solid understanding of key ad monetization KPIs and performance metrics.
Ability to work with large datasets, conduct cohort analysis, and interpret results effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
