Responsibilities
Partner with cross-country teams (E-commerce, Sales, Finance, Performance, Digital Shelf) to ensure smooth collaboration and aligned needs
Shape our analytics approach by challenging current processes, proposing smarter ways of working, and helping the organization move toward data-driven decision making
Build KPI dashboards that track sales and Retail Media performance by combining data from various sources (sell-in, sell-out, media metrics such as impressions, clicks, transactions etc..) into one regional CEE view
Analyze Retail Media performance using multiple data sources and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations that boost campaign efficiency and ROI
Turn data into insights that help improve brand performance across the eCommerce channel in all markets
Promotions & campaign reporting set up, evaluate impact of marketing campaigns, price changes, and promotions, providing recommendations to improve ROI and customer performance
Build report on campaigns and promotions, evaluating their impact and recommending ways to improve ROI and customer performance
Support sales forecasting, helping e-commerce Leads/KAMs and Sales teams build accurate brand-level forecasts
Tool management and reporting optimization, creating and maintaining templates (Power BI, Excel) and working with internal teams to automate manual reports where possible
Deep dive into category performance, combining insights on brand level, product groups vs. competitors (IQVIA data)
Requirements
3+ years of experience in e-commerce/retail analytics or a similar data-driven role
Strong data engineering mindset with experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
Ability to build clear data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI to support insights and business decision-making
Strong commercial understanding and motivation to connect data with strategy and real execution
Solid skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
Comfortable handling different data sets across clients, countries and functions
Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field
A can-do attitude, curiosity, and willingness to find a new way and improve how things are done
