About the role
- Administrator focusing on seller performance and risk mitigation for OnBuy. Collaborating with teams to ensure compliance and uphold platform trustworthiness.
Responsibilities
- You’ll play a key role in protecting OnBuy from financial, legal, and reputational risks by monitoring seller behaviour, enforcing compliance, and driving improvements in our risk strategy.
- Work closely with the Head of Risk and other teams to ensure our sellers meet performance standards.
- Undertake proactive risk mitigation actions to help protect OnBuy from the current, new and emerging risks faced from our seller populations.
- Analyse and identify developing risks across all of OnBuy’s sellers.
- Work with the Head of Risk to continually improve and develop the team’s KPIs and detective reporting.
- Liaise with sellers to understand and address poor performance, taking decisive action to mitigate risk when necessary.
- Represent the risk team in the delivery of key projects through direct engagement with key projects and related ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Competency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- A collaborative, open, and honest approach
- Previous experience in eCommerce.
- Confidence in constructively challenging.
