About the role

  • Provides administrative and analytical support for department
  • Performs basic data gathering or research in support of management
  • Organizes and coordinates meetings for department personnel
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information
  • Uses various computer applications to create charts, correspondence, reports and other work as needed
  • Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities
  • Promotes and supports a culture of total safety
  • Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with core values and Code of Conduct
  • Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Extensive experience using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Experience working in a utility (desired)
  • Experience working in SAP and/or CLX (desired)
