About the role

  • Assist in contract management, ensuring proper formalization and monitoring of deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support in the analysis, review and negotiation of contracts, amendments and other legal instruments related to the company's activities.
  • Track and organize the documentation required for the efficient handling of the department's requests.
  • Interact with internal departments and external partners to clarify questions, align contractual clauses and provide low-complexity legal guidance.
  • Keep internal legal control records, contracts and the department's performance indicators up to date.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, processes and standardized documents, aiming to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Intermediate English will be considered an advantage.
