Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the department/team under moderate supervision
Manages correspondence, coordinating calendars and travel for leaders
Creates/maintains documents and files, enters and interprets data and creates reports
Replies to incoming requests and creates and/or coordinates outgoing communications
Schedules meetings, teleconferences and special event activities
Prepares presentations for leaders on team and makes suggestions for changes when needed
Prepares and distributes various documents for the department
Orders and maintains supplies and equipment for the team
Prepares purchase orders and payment requests
Arranges travel and prepares itinerary
Creates and maintains department employee files and ensures they are up to date and contain all appropriate documents per policy
Collects, maintains data and creates reports as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Required
4-6 years of related experience, which includes one year of the same type
Communicates well both orally and in writing
Ability to effectively perform under tight deadlines
Ability to work in a team environment and make improvement suggestions
Easily adapt to change
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
