Requirements
strong educational foundation—typically a full high school education plus two years of post-secondary education in a business-related field
four years of related business or administrative experience
familiarity with general personnel practices, accounting and budgeting principles, and coordination of major office activities
degrees, licensures, and certifications that demonstrate ability to thrive in a dynamic administrative environment are highly valued
