Responsibilities
Forward and liaise with the responsible department for cases that require action to resolve the complaint.
Monitor the resolution by partner areas to ensure deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary.
Identify opportunities to improve processes that impact the customer.
Ensure the integrity of information and the quality of responses sent to customers.
Consult company systems to diagnose customer issues and apply corrections and reimbursements.
Report difficulties and opportunities to the supplier to facilitate task execution.
Deliver metrics focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. Collect suggestions for improvements to processes that are unsatisfactory from the customer or business perspective.
Be familiar with Telefônica’s Environmental Policy and apply it to daily activities to ensure the company’s best practices for environmental management.
Lead and implement customer relationship management actions focused on resolution of financial issues and other innovation initiatives (AI) to increase customer satisfaction.
Propose improvements and new workflows to simplify processes in line with market trends.
Monitor end-to-end mapped journeys and implement proposed improvements to reduce friction and avoid undue costs.
Responsible for preparing qualitative diagnostics of the customer journey, capturing ideas and implementing improvements.
