About the role

  • Verwaltungsmitarbeiter supporting administrative tasks in nursing home operations under a leading provider in Germany. Handling billing and correspondence while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support with preparatory bookkeeping
  • Billing of resident fees and monitoring of the dunning/collections process
  • Support in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Cooperation with social welfare agencies and other authorities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management, office communication) or similar, with professional experience in the healthcare sector
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
  • Customer-oriented, team-oriented, confident and solution-focused approach to work
