About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting innovative service solutions for clients at RSM Brasil. Assisting with various administrative tasks including documentation and event organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with file and archive management
  • Assist with digital signatures
  • Assist with reception duties
  • Assist with inventory and supplies control and price quotations
  • Assist with tracking services and obtaining service quotes
  • Assist with organizing coffee/refreshments and events
  • Assist with monthly service closing spreadsheets

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Basic English
