About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo focusing on document management for grain origination at CHS Inc. Involves contract management, document issuance, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks related to document management for Grain Origination and Barter Solutions negotiations
  • Issue documents through the system, ensuring issuance within D+1 of the purchase date
  • Update contract drafts in coordination with the legal team
  • Manage documents using controls and BI tools
  • Collect and validate document signatures
  • Support the document correction/amendment process
  • Maintain digital and physical filing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration or Law
  • Knowledge in contract management — drafting and control, reading and interpreting documents, organization, and monitoring deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills to liaise with other areas and with internal and external clients
  • Flexibility to handle simultaneous demands and competing priorities
  • Beginner-level English
  • Experience in agribusiness or administrative areas, with contract management experience.
