About the role

  • Act as liaison between Customer Success, customers, and other internal departments
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations and other materials for on-site company visits and meetings
  • Coordinate Health Fairs for our customers across the United States
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively in order to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and arrange travel for managers
  • Maintain database reporting systems by updating spreadsheets and reports to track departmental activities using Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate customer materials requests & efficiently control all inventory of materials
  • Prepare agenda and take minutes for weekly departmental meetings
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with other team members
  • Responsible for faxing, filing, data entry, shipping, and special projects as requested
  • Support special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field highly preferred
  • High School degree or GED equivalent required
  • Experience supporting an Account Management or Customer Success team/department preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Stable Work History Required
