About the role

  • Assist the Vice-President, Corporate Affairs and the Vice-President, Compliance
  • Anticipate the needs of the vice-presidents
  • Facilitate task execution by ensuring prioritization and follow-up of daily activities
  • Manage the vice-presidents' calendars
  • Organize events
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Draft letters and perform quality assurance
  • Arrange business travel

Requirements

  • College diploma in office technology or secretarial studies
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in both French and English
