About the role

  • Providing administrative support for assigned engineering teams
  • Completing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Demonstrating proficiency at using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates
  • Working within the team’s monetary budget
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations
  • Following and promoting IMEG Standards
  • Assisting assigned team and other teams as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters
  • Working with engineering specifications for all applicable disciplines
  • Attending and actively contributing to group meetings
  • Phone answering as needed
  • Arranging meetings/travel as needed for team/office
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail and shipping as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • No experience required, 1 year experience with engineering administration preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with staff of all levels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude
  • Team player but also able to work on own initiative
  • Self-motivated and flexible
