About the role

  • Assist with preparatory bookkeeping
  • Prepare care-home fee invoices and monitor the dunning/payment reminder process
  • Support the handling of correspondence
  • Liaise with social assistance providers and public authorities

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in office management, business administration, or a related field
  • Work experience in the healthcare sector
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
