Requirements
At least 2-3 years experience in a bank as Account Manager/similar positions
University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking or Business administration
Ability to understand and to evaluate customer financial reports
Good understanding of financials, credit management, sales processes and products
Self-motivated and disciplined, with strong time-management skills
Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
Strong analytical thinking
Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (both written and spoken)
