About the role

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to new customer acquisition
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
  • Present, promote, and sell our solutions to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with our partners to deliver the best solutions for new customers
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics, always keep the pipeline in the CRM tool up to date
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly and transparently
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive innovative sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, particularly focused on acquiring new customers
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Technical understanding of software essential, understanding of open source is a plus
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to priorities
  • Fluent English skills plus business proficiency in other languages such as Spanish/ Portuguese/ Italian or Swedish is a plus
