Requirements
4 - 6 years of paid media/digital investment experience.
A data-driven candidate who puts an emphasis on outcomes, not outputs.
A trusted account lead who can anticipate client needs and problem solve on the fly.
Deep understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation and optimization.
Experience with paid publisher partnerships and partner/vendor management.
Integrated media planning and buying experience outside of digital is a bonus but not required.
Ability to execute campaigns with excellence in backend of platforms a must. Specifically on Meta, Google Ads (SEM, Video, Display), Pinterest, TikTok.
Multi-channel media buying and planning experience delivering strong full-funnel plans to reach client KPIs.
Manage paid media finances, including large projects within a budget.
One who can develop channel strategy and reflect the nuances of different paid media channels.
Strong understanding of performance and brand marketing, ability to set KPIs against objectives and buy media accordingly and then report on campaign results providing the necessary context.
Understanding of web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and their presence within the user journey.
