About the role

  • Build and develop strong, trusted relationships with your assigned current and prospective clients
  • Actively manage contract renewals, anticipating client needs to ensure continuity and sustainable growth
  • Identify and capture business opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular on-site visits with clients to better understand their needs, strengthen relationships, and propose tailored solutions
  • Design and present customized commercial proposals, negotiate change requests, and close upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Finance) to ensure effective follow-up on purchase orders and contractual matters
  • Lead strategic discussions to recommend the tools and services best suited to maximize customer value
  • Provide relevant analyses and feedback on client accounts to optimize commercial activities
  • Ensure regular and accurate reporting on sales performance and account developments

Requirements

  • Proven track record of more than 3 years in business development or account management in a B2B environment
  • Expertise in consultative selling, able to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent influencing and team leadership skills to build strong relationships and lead effectively
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and developing strategic plans for account growth
  • High commercial awareness with a deep understanding of market dynamics and client priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align objectives and achieve shared outcomes
  • Energetic and agile, able to adapt quickly in a highly regulated environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning to maintain performance in a competitive market
