About the role

  • Account Manager focused on client relations and account management for DOCOsoft in London. Responsible for upselling solutions and managing account renewals within the London insurance market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all areas of account management
  • Increase streams of revenue through upselling
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute a plan to manage all account renewals
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and in-depth understanding of managing accounts
  • 2-3 years exp preferable in the InsurTech or Fintech space
  • Experience of London insurance market ideal
  • Strong results orientation
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and clients
  • Confidence and calm when interacting with senior audiences
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
