About the role
- Own post-enterprise growth strategy and execution for key UK accounts

- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across customer organisations
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders
- Generate expansion opportunities within enterprise customers
- Work with and lead customer success managers to deliver great onboarding and activation for customers
- Help customers establish consistent operating processes across their projects
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that resonate with the folks running projects
- Adapt and iterate your version of our proven playbooks
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual expansion targets
Requirements
- You've spent years on-site in construction, perhaps as a PE, SPE or an Area Manager
- You're excited by the potential of technology to solve the pain points you've experienced in construction
- Your communication skills are top-notch, and you're confident in your ability to connect with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- You take ownership of your results and have a strong sense of urgency in getting things done
- You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a new role, with a hunger to continuously improve.
