About the role

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into customers – no cold calling
  • Conduct needs analysis, deliver persuasive presentations, and position JOIN as the best choice for recruiting needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to manage and grow your own customer portfolio
  • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and propose appropriate solutions
  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast revenue
  • Analyze data and hold regular strategic discussions to deepen client relationships and ensure their success
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving JOIN’s growth goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or tech)
  • Fluent in German and confident in English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and organized working style
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimize sales activities
  • Nice to have: experience in HR/recruiting or additional language skills
