Responsibilities
Prendre la responsabilité d’un portefeuille clients et créer une relation de confiance ;
Gérer les renouvellements de contrats tout en créant des opportunités des cross-sell & up-sell;
Déceler les opportunités et développer les comptes existants en débloquant les contacts au sein de nouveaux départements pour étendre notre portée ;
Accompagner les clients dans une démarche de conseil ;
Tenir les rendez-vous clients pour avoir leur retour sur l’utilisation de nos produits ;
Suivre les KPI business & utilisation (Churn, CA Cross, Ca Upsell…) ;
Requirements
2-3 ans en tant qu’Account Manager dans un environnement BtoB, idéalement dans le Saas / environnement tech ;
Excellente maîtrise Français et Anglais (communication interne en Anglais + certains clients exclusivement en Anglais) ;
Savoir gérer plusieurs projets à la fois tout en priorisant ;
