Responsibilities
Manage and nurture key client accounts, with a focus on gifting and loyalty programs.
Efficiently manage all daily external client communication relating to active briefs through production ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
Coordinate and manage all internal communications related to client activity, collaborating with development, creative, and production teams to ensure timely updates and alignment for a smooth project execution.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining solution-oriented, clear, timely, and proactive communication.
Lead the Junior Account Manager, providing mentorship, oversight, and professional development.
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, increase account value, and grow within existing portfolios.
Implement tailored client strategies to address specific challenges, exceed sales targets, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Proactively identify and analyze needs, gaps, and areas of opportunity to capture within the client’s supply base to generate additional opportunities for Twelve.
Monitor industry trends and client feedback to inform strategy to maintain Twelve’s position as a trusted and innovative partner.
Deliver polished client presentations and seasonal reviews that highlight program performance, industry trends, and fresh opportunities to deepen client engagement.
Requirements
5+ years of account management experience, ideally within the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
Familiarity with the product development cycle as it pertains to merchandise
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, with emphasis on loyalty, gifting, or promotional programs.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing junior team members preferred.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Skilled communicator with strong negotiation abilities and a client-first mindset.
