About the role

  • Junior Sales & Account Manager organizing events and catering for B2B clients in Berlin. Collaborating with founders to optimize product and processes while having a direct impact.

Responsibilities

  • You organize top events and catering for our corporate clients — from the initial inquiry through to the event.
  • You ensure that as many client inquiries as possible convert into bookings.
  • You work closely with our founders and the C-level team to optimize product and processes — and can make a genuine impact.
  • You use our platform daily — with smart automation and AI at every turn.
  • You are the point of contact for decision-makers at our clients — engaging on equal footing and delivering impact.
  • You are responsible for revenue development and conversion — with direct influence on company success.
  • You coordinate proposals, provide feedback to product and processes, and help further improve egora.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, or the events sector — ideally in a B2B context
  • Ideally experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • A background in food/catering or events is a strong plus but not required
  • A degree is not required — but strong communication skills, empathy, and a hands-on, can-do attitude are essential
  • You take responsibility, think entrepreneurially, and are eager to get things moving
