Account Executive responsible for driving sales and managing relationships in the vending industry. Transforming vending operations with PayRange's cashless payment solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new vending machine operators and partners across North America.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including product demos, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
Build relationships with vending operators, route managers, and equipment suppliers to expand PayRange adoption.
Leverage industry knowledge to position PayRange as the preferred payment and engagement solution in the market.
Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine go-to-market messaging specific to the vending industry.
Provide customer feedback and industry insights to help shape product roadmaps and features tailored to vending.
Represent PayRange at vending trade shows, association events, and industry forums.
Partner closely with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Help operators measure ROI, optimize usage, and expand across additional machines and locations.
Requirements
5+ years of direct sales experience selling into the vending machine industry (operators, OEMs, or route-based businesses).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
Deep understanding of vending operations, payment systems, and route management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Preferred: Experience selling SaaS, payment, or IoT technology solutions.
Strong industry network and familiarity with key vending trade associations.
Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
