About the role

  • Senior Sales Executive responsible for driving growth of Total Rewards Products and Services at Mercer. Engaging mid-market clients through effective prospecting and collaboration with sales leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new client leads through targeted email campaigns, phone outreach, and in-person visits
  • Manage and develop self-generated sales opportunities as well as leads from Lead Generation teams
  • Participate actively in proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals related to Total Rewards Products and Services
  • Collaborate closely with Market Sales Leaders to educate clients on a broad range of workforce solutions beyond Total Rewards offerings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize lifetime revenue and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Total Rewards, HR solutions, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to prospect and close sales independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
