About the role

  • Account Executive supporting social-first and influencer campaigns at Brave Bison in the digital marketing space. Handling influencer outreach and managing project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers and Directors in delivering day-to-day client service requirements.
  • Assist in the execution of monthly content plans and influencer campaigns.
  • Conduct influencer research and outreach, manage communications, and negotiate fees.
  • Write influencer briefs, review content for brand alignment, and manage delivery timelines.
  • Support with UGC and talent contracting, and act as the main point of contact for influencer queries.
  • Help manage shoot logistics and attend shoots as a runner when required.
  • Maintain and update campaign documentation including trackers, WIPs, and reporting sheets.
  • Input and manage data in influencer management tools (e.g., Traackr).
  • Monitor project deadlines and budgets, flagging any risks or changes.
  • Assist with invoicing, contracting, and internal status reports.
  • Join client calls and contribute to email communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Creative to support campaign delivery.
  • Help prepare materials for client presentations, case studies, and internal reviews.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to post-campaign reports and insights to inform future strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in client services or project management within a social, digital, or creative agency.
  • A strong understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Confidence in handling influencer relationships and communications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
  • A team player who brings positivity, curiosity, and creativity to everything they do.
