  • New Vehicle Sales Consultant driving customer engagement for BYD's electric vehicle initiatives. Managing the sales process from inquiries to delivery within Eagers Automotive, Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present and demonstrate the latest models, features, and technology
  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
  • Provide guidance on finance packages, warranties, and add-on options
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
  • Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • Genuine enthusiasm for electric vehicles and emerging technology
  • Comfortable using tablets and digital sales tools
  • Proactive approach to lead follow-up and customer contact
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
  • Confident presenting features, technology, and finance options to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, professional, and solutions-focused
  • Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
