About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales for SaaS solutions at ScalePad. Building partnerships and showcasing value to clients with a focus on MSPs in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete sales process from initial engagement to closing deals
  • Serve as trusted advisor to prospects and educate them on sales resources
  • Maintain deep knowledge of market behavior and trends
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Provide insights and feedback to shape strategies and processes across the company

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful SaaS or B2B experience in a business development or sales role
  • Experience in the MSP space or selling to IT decision-makers preferred
  • Ability to share a demonstrated ability to succeed with a plan that includes strategies to position and advise on new products or features
  • Metrics-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management and CRM systems like Hubspot or SFDC
  • Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
