About the role

  • Account Executive accelerating revenue growth and expanding customer base for Chord's commerce data platform. Owning full sales cycle and collaborating with multiple teams in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process β€” from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
  • Deliver compelling, consultative demos that connect Chord’s platform to customer business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and retention.
  • Refine messaging, process, and playbooks to build a scalable, repeatable sales motion.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in SaaS or eCommerce technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Familiarity with digital-native brands, DTC operators, and eCommerce ecosystems.
  • Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and technical fluency.
  • Motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial β€” thrives in early-stage environments.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and aligned with Chord’s mission to empower modern brands through data.
